The User Accounts
Permalink

The settings of this forum have been changed by Chris a month ago. Although user accounts are available at present, the majority of users publish their comments as “Anonymous”. Perhaps I am old-fashioned but anonymous letters have negative connotations for me.

Establishing the account is free and very easy. You have to enter: User Name, Password and E-mail Address. Other fields can stay empty. The e-mail address is used for account activation and password recovery, it isn’t visible to another users by default.

Connections of registered users are marked on the map. Now the registered users  come from the following countries: Australia, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. I don't believe that Andrea didn't have fans in other countries. I would like to see the whole world in blue color.  It is my dream.

To Chris,
I noticed that you also published your comments as an anonymous author recently. I always read your texts with the great attention. Unfortunately I must now guess who is their author. You should as the administrator set a good example.

I noticed that a few people had a problem with establishing the account. So let me to present this procedure step by step. It is very easy.

Step 1: Registration
On the main page click on “New Member:  Click Here to register” and fill the Registration Form. You must enter your User Name, Password and Email Address. Other fields are optional. If you like you can fill them up later. Check whether you enter the correct e-mail address. It is necessary in Step 2. Your e-mail address isn’t visible to other users by default. It is used for confirmation and password recovery.

Step 2: Activation
Check your mailbox after a few minutes and find an e-mail from: “Forum Signup Confirmation” with subject: “Confirm your new account”.  To activate your new account, please click on the activation link. You can find it in the e-mail.

That is all. Now you can log on as member.
