I am sorry I was beeing out of country working but I am in Czech now,
It is almost year she died and this time is going to be very hard for me my family and all her friends, in this time she was in very big pain and I remeber every single minute beeing with her looking in her watery eyes wans to help and does't know how.
The last time I was reading this forum I was very sad and didn't want to go on this page anymore. Somebody was writing not very nice things about her and I was very mad and I wanted to write back something but it always made me cry. I could't understand how people who does't know her can write something like that. I am sure if she would be alive she will say - what ever I don't care what he is saying I am beeing me no matter what other people say, somebody likes me somebody not so what?! But I had the feeling to fight for her, because I now how hard her life and her dieing was and I will not wish this to happend anyone not even this person! She was very brave in her live and in her endig and this is how we should remeber her.
We are still working on her sculture there is just little bit left we need. The stone and the ashes with her will be puting down in 2 weeks.
Always remember there are way more people here to support you and your sister. Do not let anyone deter you from posting here. We all love to hear from you anytime. I know it is going to be hard. I am feeling it too. Your sister was a brave, kind, gentle, but strong person. The people that knew her knowthat. Don't let an idiot that knows nothing about her state who she was. They are idiots. We love Andrea. The reason the world is the way it is, is because of idiots like that. They cannot see truth, they cannot forgive, they tend to judje others without knowing facts.
It was more than just me who stood up for Andrea. And I understand why you did not come forth. It's allright. Find the love in this site. Draw from it to strenghten you.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. Stay and ignore the negative. Because it is all false statments. It has even happened to me here. Stay strong we are here for you too.
Yes I fully agree with Para and also wish to add my support and heartfelt condolences. I couldnt imagine how horrible it would be too lose a brother or sister so my prayers are with you and your family.
Please keep posting and also let us know how you and your family are doing. Remember that those who dont mean well will soon get bored and disappear but the supporters will always be here.
You may remember me from my letter from London at the time we responded to the medical appeal jointly made by Oldrich Widman and yourself. Later, I also sent some gifts for Lea by hand with Mr Widman when I met him twice in the west end of London last November to take to Lea but unfortunately in the meantime Lea's condition had become critical.
Silvia Saint wrote to me that Lea "says hello" to me. This was earlier on before Lea again became very ill for the second time. I hope that Daniella Rush managed to see Lea too. We in London also respected Daniella for her plucky outlook on life after the serious accident which ended her modelling and movie career. We made a presentation to Daniella in September 2003 as a token of our esteem.
I would like to invite you to read the Forum topic "Remember me!" which I started off on the day I heard the news of Lea's passing away and had received an e-mail from Mark Hamilton at "Hustler" in the USA.
This topic contains many messages of admiration and tributes to lovely and brave Lea. The Web reference is at:-
On there, you will find tributes gathered together from admirers of Lea and fan sites in America, Canada, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia, Scotland, England, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Australia in honour and to the glorious memory of Lea.
One of the most poignant messages (originally posted here on Chris's Forum) is from Rodrigo in Santiago, Chile who writes...
Rodrigo, Santiago de Chile 05-03-2005 / 18:38
Translation by the kindness of Camanos in Colombia:
Dear Lea:
All was so fast, so brutal, that the world did not have the opportunity to say goodbye to you as a Princess. You have not gone far away, you have remained in our hearts, in our marvellous memories of your beauty and humanity. You’re still alive, Lea. Among millions of people on all of the planet, in the five continents, - we continue admiring you and wanting you as yesterday, today and always.
A red rose for you, adored Andrea.
At CSS, there is also a topic dedicated to Lea's best friend Monica Sweetheart in the same special "Lea De Mae" Forum. Monica has replied to me several times and also kindly gave me permission to re-post some of her special personal photos given to Chris for this Site, which I made special framed versions of for the CSS Forum.
For myself, not a day has gone by when I have not thought of Lea since I first heard of her being ill and after we lost her.
No other star has received such a warm feeling from her fans as Lea and I doubt whether there will ever be anyone so greatly missed as a person apart from her lovely presence in her modelling/movie appearances.
Katja Kassin told me that Lea was very nice to work with. They only met once in the USA and Katja was the first star to contribute to the Medical Appeal. Likewise, Frank Thring (who hails from England) was the first Director to do the same.
Best wishes to you and yours for the future.
From Victor in London, UK. 17th November 2005.
My favourite and perhaps the loveliest picture of Lea ever taken.
~ And Lea was her name, I never knew her but I loved her just the same ~
